You can also buy individually the cordless pressure washer (€39.99), the 4-in-1 cordless vacuum (€39.99), the 13-piece detailing kit (€22.99) and the 12V cordless car polisher (€79.99).

Do I need a tap or a power socket for the washer?

No. The washer runs on a battery and draws water from a bucket or container through its 5 m hose and filter. It can also connect to a standard tap.

Can the washer damage the paint?

Use the wide jet for bodywork and windows, the concentrated jet for wheels and wheel arches, and keep at least 30 cm between the nozzle and the paint.

Is shampoo for the foam cannon included?

The foam cannon comes ready to fill: add water and the car shampoo of your choice, diluted according to the manufacturer's instructions.

What is the 13-piece detailing kit for?

For cleaning what a sponge can't reach: wheels, air vents, seat seams, dashboard, badges and engine bay. The soft-bristle brushes suit plastics and delicate surfaces; the wire brushes are for unpainted metal parts and the engine only.

Is the polisher suitable for beginners?

Yes: its dual-action movement is gentle on paint. Start at a low speed with the sponge pad and a polish, on clean, dry bodywork, and work panel by panel.

Using your equipment

How do I start the washer properly?

Fully charge the battery before first use. On first start-up, hold the trigger for about ten seconds while the water rises through the hose, with the filter fully submerged.

How do I charge the vacuum?

With the USB cable included, on a USB mains charger, a computer or the car's USB port.

Ordering and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank card, PayPal, Apple Pay and the other methods shown at checkout, on a secure page. Payment is made in full.

Will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, a confirmation email summarising your order is sent as soon as payment is confirmed.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Shipping is free in France. You receive your order in about 3 to 7 days.

Where are products shipped from?

From our warehouses in Europe. Kits may arrive in several parcels, each with its own tracking number.

How do I track my order?

Every parcel ships with a tracking number, sent by email as soon as it is dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Available delivery countries are shown at checkout. Outside the European Union, customs duties and local taxes may be payable by the recipient.

Returns

Can I return a product?

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw. For a damaged or non-conforming product, contact us quickly with your order number and photos. All the details are on the Shipping and returns page.
